About Me
Welcome! I am Megan Robert, and I am passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate balance, peace, and resilience through a holistic approach to wellness. As a wellness coach, I specialise in helping people tap into the power of their nervous system through transformative embodiment practices such as dance, yoga, and a variety of mindfulness techniques.
Movement and music have been healing forces in my life from the very beginning. I started dancing at 4 years old, and throughout my childhood and early twenties, I immersed myself in the world of dance, completing my exams and pushing my body and creativity to new heights. Dance has always been my way of expressing myself, finding freedom, and connecting with something deeper.
It wasn't until I discovered yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) in my early twenties once I had completed all of my dancing exams that I experienced a profound shift. Yoga and mindfulness techniques brought something new to my life, the mind, body, soul connection, nervous system regulation and the deep sense of self-awareness and inner knowing.
At 24, I decided to take my practice further and completed my yoga teacher training, which marked the beginning of my journey as a teacher. From the moment I began teaching, I felt a deep calling to help others connect with their minds, bodies, and souls in the same way the yoga practice and mindfulness techniques had allowed me too. Since then, I’ve been hosting events, workshops, and retreats, bringing people together to explore the healing power of tapping into their nervous systems through these powerful and transformative practices.

This work helps you create a home within your own body that feels safe, regulated and connected. A healthy nervous system is the foundation for the success of our overall health and well-being. Once you have learnt how to regulate your nervous system, we will continue to work together to achieve consistent nervous system regulation as well as mind, body, soul connection and inner awareness/balance across all areas of your life.

I believe that our bodies hold wisdom, and by learning how to tune into our nervous system, we can access greater clarity, self-awareness, and overall well-being. With my guidance, I’ll help you integrate these practices into your life in a way that feels natural and sustainable, so you can feel regulated and connected through every moment.
