I am a passionate nervous system and embodiment coach.
I teach women how to shift from survival mode into regulation through movement, breath, mindfulness and self-awareness.
My path of understanding and connecting to my body and emotions began when I fell in love with dance at the age of four years old. This journey took me through to my early twenties where I then discovered yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathwork). These practices showed me what it felt like to feel safe in my body. I then focussed my time on Nervous System Regulation - that’s the shift that changed everything, and it’s the foundation of my work today.
I create spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and build nervous system capacity one practice at a time.

Wellness Coach
I am a wellness coach specialising in nervous system regulation through movement, breathwork, and mindful embodiment. This provides me with the tools and capacity to hold and facilitate you on your wellness journey. The practices I offer teach you how to feel safe and connected to your body again. With consistent practice, we build long-term regulation and inner balance across all areas of your life.
Meditation Practitioner
Meditation is a mental practice that helps clear your mind to find stillness in the present moment. To learn how to find stillness in the present moment without judgement or attachment. This practice has helped many clients gain a deeper sense of self awareness, connecting them to their intuition and helping them create a strong mental foundation for themselves.
Pranayama Facilitator
Pranayama (Breathwork) is a somatic practice that helps release stuck energy in the physical body. This has been an incredibly powerful tool for clients to transform and make lasting change on their wellness journey.
Yoga Instructor
Yoga is a mental, physical and spiritual discipline that derives from the East. The practice helps bring harmony and healing to the mind, body and soul. I have witnessed incredible healing happen for clients that have created consistency and discipline around this practice.

The Wellness Programme

Through the online wellness programme, I offer a unique blend of practices that connect mind, body, and soul. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, or simply find more joy in your daily life, my programme provides the tools you need to create lasting change.
I believe that our bodies hold wisdom, and by learning how to tune into our nervous system, we can access greater clarity, self-awareness, and overall well-being. With my guidance, I’ll help you integrate these practices into your life in a way that feels natural and sustainable, so you can feel regulated and connected through every moment.

8 Week Private:
You will get two 20 minute guided movement sessions per week - soft, sensual dance and slow, intentional yoga flows. You will also receive two weekly 10 minute mindfulness sessions combining breathwork and meditation.
Every second week, we will connect for a private one-on-one coaching session.
By the end of eight weeks, you will have experienced a powerful blend of 16 mindfulness sessions and 16 embodiment practices designed to regulate your nervous system, connect you to your body, deepen your self-connection and support your overall wellbeing!
4 Week Group:
This programme is exactly half of the above. A reduced and potentially more approachable programme for those who feel they don't have the capacity to commit to the eight week course.
